Lumber: Beech
We supply steamed and unsteamed beech lumber in various different standard thicknesses, grades and sizes -both uneded (waney edged ) and square edged. Our large supply base enables us to respond also to larger orders with a short lead time. Grades: Square edged
We offer steamed and unsteamed beech lumber in various standard thicknesses and grades. Our grading is always focussing on the necessities of the end product: from prime quality for longer clean parts down to lower grades for rustic applications or the production of smaller furniture parts. Colour variations and red heart are also considered in the grading.
Prime
Beech lumber with the highest yield and quality, particular suitable for long length cuttings. Equivalent to NHLA FAS & better grade.
Prime – one Face
Prime quality on one side of the board. This beech lumber is mainly used in applications like door frames.
Prime – Colour
Highest grading requirements, colour is no defect. Beech lumber with high yield and suitable for long length cuttings.
B
Beech lumber with a good yield, suitable for middle and longer lengths. Equivalent to NHLA #1Common.
B – Colour
Grading with a good yield with no colour requirements, beech lumber suitable for middle and long length cuttings. Equivalent to NHLA #1Common.
C
Rustic beech lumber appearance used for short pieces or not visible applications.
Prime
Unsteamed beech lumber with the highest yield and quality requirements, particularly suitable for long length cuttings. Lumber is dried on profiled sticks to guarantee a perfect colour without sticker marks.
Grades: unedged
